Tiered/Stacked Cake Construction     April 16th, Saturday     9am-12:30pm

This class will cover various methods on how to tier and/or stack a cake. This class applies to any types of tiered/stacked cakes…birthday to wedding.   Each student must bring 2 layers of each… 6”, 8” and 10” round cakes.  Students need not level their cakes before coming to class.  All other supplies are included. For ages 16 and up.  Class limit is 8.     $50
