Jungle Cake       May 21st, Saturday      9am-12:30pm

Students will learn how to sculpt a monkey, elephant and various other “creatures” of the jungle. All animals will be placed on a fondant covered styrofoam cake with zebra stripes. This class is for ages 16 and up. All supplies are included. $50

Wedding Cake “Mechanics”      May 14th, Saturday      9am-12:30pm

In this class students will learn the proper way to discuss a design with a bride, how to write up a contract, stack/tier the cake, proper transportation of the cake, choosing colors, vunue issues and much more.  Ages 16 and up.  $40
